Life is Good!
I don't have much to say, except: Life is Good! Can one help feeling this way at the beginning of Spring? I feel like the gloom has been lifted off of me. The cold darkness of winter is giving way to light and new life. Walks to the park, watching the flowers bloom and once again feeling the warmth of the sun on my face. These simple things make me happy! A fresh new season awaits! Glorious Spring!

you should just call me on my cell now that we are on the road.Then I can give you the scoop on the cleanse and the vitamins. 602-791-4137. we are having fun. ran along seal beach this morning in LA JOLLA, it is so amazingly beautiful here! I don't want to leave today.
I hope I can get to that feeling too! I feel like I have SO MUCH to do and that things are falling apart from the bottom!
